Driving & Parking Directions

Our Providence studio is located on the campus of the Rising Sun Mills. If you are following your GPS to the main entrance on Valley St, please take a look at the map below. From the main Valley St entrance, you'll go straight ahead and follow the driveway as it curves to the left. You will see our building on your left hand side! You can park anywhere in the large lot behind the mill, or you can also park in the corner lot on Valley & Delaine St. If you need help (especially late at night,) just call the front desk at (401) 714- 0042.

Providence Studio Amenities

Our Providence studio occupies both levels of the Boiler House unit at the Rising Sun Mills. This historic mill building is bathed in natural light with tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, lots of beautiful greenery, and skylights on the upper level.

On the lower level, you'll enter through our Main Reception and you'll find our Yoga Boutique and our non-heated classes such as Yin Yoga, Yoga for Hips & Back, and our monthly workshops and events. The lower level also includes our Wellness Center, with dedicated spaces for massage therapy, infrared sauna, and  Red Light Therapy. 

On the upper level, you'll find our 1000+ square foot heated yoga studio along with locker rooms (mens' & womens') and showers (gender neutral, single occupancy.) Both levels of our building offer gender neutral restrooms and individual changing areas for anyone who prefers a bit more privacy.

Although our space is tricky to find the first time, we have ample free parking and we are easily accessible from Providence and all surrounding areas! Come check out this hidden oasis in the heart of Olneyville. We've got something for everyone!
