Our Providence studio is located on the campus of the Rising Sun Mills on Valley Street. Our historic mill building is bathed in natural light and features tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, and beautiful greenery. On the lower level, you'll find our Yoga Boutique, our Wellness Center, and our non-heated classroom space. On the upper level, you'll find our 1000+ square foot heated yoga studio along with locker rooms and showers. Both levels offer gender-neutral private changing spaces and restrooms for everyone's comfort.

Driving & Parking Directions

Our main entrance can be accessed from the rear of the Rising Sun Mills. Look for the yellow “Boiler House Courtyard” sign or the sign of the phoenix! You can park in our lot on the corner of Valley and Delaine St and follow the signs to our studio, or you can park anywhere in the large tenant lot behind our complex. Please do NOT park in the small lot labeled “Future Resident Parking / Management Only.” If you need any assistance, please call us at (401) 714-0042. We will find you! :)

Public Transportation Accessibility

Our Providence studio is accessible by many RIPTA bus routes, located within short walking from both the Eagle Square (Atwells & Valley) and Olneyville Square bus stops:

Route 92 (RI College / Federal Hill / East Side) - use Eagle Square stop (Atwells & Valleys) and walk south on Valley St.

Route 17 (Dyer / Pocasset), Route 19 (Plainfield / Westminster), Route 27 (Broadway / Manton) and Route 28 (Broadway / Hartford) - use Olneyville Square stop and then walk north (left at the intersection) up Valley St.

Book a Class

Advance reservations are required. Many of our popular classes do sell out! For the best possible experience, plan to be on your mat at the beginning of every class! If you are brand new, please arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes early so that we can help you get oriented. It may take you a couple of minutes to find your way around on your first visit.
