Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation and low level light therapy, uses red low-level wavelengths of light for a variety of health and wellness benefits. Powerful red light and near infrared wavelengths penetrate the body, promoting cell regeneration, leading to many benefits for the body!

NASA discovered the benefits of red light in space. They were able to grow plants with it – red light had the best cell regeneration properties of any of their other experiments! Benefits include:

We offer drop-in passes for greatest flexibility and Wellness Center Memberships for frequent visitors. To achieve maximum benefits and noticeable skin rejuvenation, we recommend visiting weekly and completing at least 5-10 sessions.

For best results, do not apply any skin creams or lotions immediately before your session and wear light clothing that will block your skin as little as possible (such as a tank top or bathing suit.) SAUNA & RED LIGHT THERAPY BOOKING POLICIES

At Elements at Rhode Island Hot Yoga, we strive to provide our valued guests with a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. To ensure a smooth and fair booking process, we have established the following sauna booking policies:

BOOKING WINDOW:

Advance Booking: Sauna and red light therapy bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance so that we have time to prepare the space. Appointments may be booked up to one month in advance.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your sauna or red light therapy appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other guests.

NO-SHOW / LATE CANCEL FEES:

No-Show Fees: Failure to arrive for your sauna or red light therapy appointment without prior cancellation notice will result in a $10 fee.

Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations. Each late cancellation will result in a $5 fee.

These policies help us keep an accurate daily schedule, provide appropriate staffing for our Wellness Center, and ensure that we have available appointments for all of our members.

To book a sauna or red light therapy appointment, you can:

Book through the free RI Hot Yoga Mobile App or at rhodeislandhotyoga.com. Use of our mobile app is highly recommended!
Call our front desk at (401) 714-0042 during our operating hours.
Visit our spa in person to book your appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Sauna and red light therapy appointments are subject to availability.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and changing.
Late arrivals may have the duration of their appointment adjusted accordingly.
Appointments must exit the treatment room no more than 10 minutes after the completion of their service.

EXCEPTIONS:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for late cancellation or a no-show, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
