Need to make a change to your membership? Please fill out the information below, including all relevant dates,  so that we can process your request!

Memberships can be cancelled or suspended with 30 days notice. You may suspend your membership for a period of 2-10 weeks as needed. You can also switch between membership tiers if the package that you currently have is no longer the best option for you.
