Now Hiring: Sales & Office Manager

PART TIME POSITION: Requires 22 - 25 hours per week. Combination of remote & in-person work. Minimum of 2 days in person. Hour pay rate based on qualifications & experience.

We are seeking a new Sales & Office Manager for our two busy yoga studios! This person will be the primary staff member responsible for maintaining customer relationships, increasing our membership base, and overseeing daily Front Desk operations.  The Sales & Office Manager will be an excellent communicator and “people person,” able to manage both internal and external relationships among our clients and our staff.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Lead our team of 6-8 Front Desk staff - including scheduling, ongoing training, and weekly staff communications
  • Train and onboard new Front Desk staff as needed
  • Support our team of about 30 part-time and full-time teaching staff to ensure that all Front Desk operations flow smoothly
  • Participate in Weekly & Quarterly Management meetings, setting goals individually & for the business
  • Track key metrics for the business and report weekly to management team

External Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our current studio members
  • Utilize our sales system to track customer journeys and follow up with leads - converting students from our trial package to an ongoing membership.
  • Track the effectiveness of our sales system and suggest / implement improvements
  • Work regular desk shifts at Providence studio a minimum of 2x per week and execute all associated duties

A successful Sales & Office Manager should have most or all of the following skills. Please note that this is NOT an entry level role.

  • Management experience supervising a team of 5+ people (2 years minimum)
  • Sales experience working directly with customers and ideally with leading a sales team (2 years minimum)
  • Excellent computer proficiency with the ability to learn our yoga studio booking software platform and act as our go-to expert
  • Strong written and/or video communication skills, with the ability to maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals for company employees
  • Genuine interest in the yoga & wellness industry - as someone who will be an “expert” on all our classes & services, you should be interested in participating yourself!
