Try something new with us! From Oct 24th - 31st, brand new students can practice with us for FREE. Take as many classes as you want and see what happens!
Lots of people are curious about hot yoga and fitness classes but are a little nervous about giving it a try... so we're making it easy for you! From Monday October 24th - Monday October 31st, we're inviting all first time students to come and try our classes for free.
You can try a heated class OR a non-heated class, and you can take as many classes during the week as you'd like! We promise it's not THAT scary, and there will be plenty of other new students just like you in class.
Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel (like a bath towel or a beach towel), and plenty of water to drink. We recommend avoiding any large meals for 2-3 hours before practicing yoga. Come to class well hydrated and ready to sweat!
About This Deal
- WHICH CLASSES ARE INCLUDED? All of them! Beginners are welcome in all of our classes. You are welcome to check out the non-heated classes, too! You can read about our different class styles HERE.
- WHEN AND WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD? We are open 7 days a week in Providence and Bristol!
- DOES IT MATTER WHICH STUDIO I ATTEND? You may attend classes at our location in Providence, in Bristol, or both! Feel free to mix and match.
- HOW DO I GET INTO A CLASS? Reservations are required for all classes! Please note that due to limited capacity, some classes may be full. In that case, you can add yourself to the waitlist for a class and be notified if a space opens up.
- WHAT IF IT'S MY FIRST TIME? Great!!! This deal is for you! There's zero commitment or risk involved. The worst thing that might happen is you'll get sweaty and you won't like it. The best thing that might happen is you might change your life!
